Courtroom psychology or Trial Science utilizes many of psychology's best professionals. It is fascinating but it is not a new development. It has been going on since at least 1908. Deciphering the motivations of judges and juries and deciding what arguments will sway them has always been an uneasy partnership between attorneys and psychologists.
